WHERE HOPE MEETS HOME

Who We Are

Turning Pointe Community Collaborative (TPCC), is a non-profit organization committed to creating holistic, sustainable transitional living communities for young adults ages 18 - 25 at-risk of homelessness.

Through community support and collaboration, TPCC builds self-sustaining micro-societies that empower young adults, helping them develop critical life skills, reclaim their future, and reintegrate into society with confidence and purpose.

Partnering with Turning Pointe Community Collaborative (TPCC) is more than a philanthropic gesture—it is a strategic investment in sustainable community transformation.

TPCC offers organizations, business professionals, volunteers, and civic leaders the opportunity to co-create a future where at-risk young adults thrive through empowerment, innovation, and support.

By contributing time, expertise, or resources to TPCC’s development, partners help build a vibrant ecosystem of self-sufficient individuals and interconnected micro-societies—while simultaneously gaining meaningful returns that align with social impact, mission purpose, and community advancement.

Without housing security, community support and skill-building opportunities, young adults often fall into cycles of exploitation, crime, and poverty. Many experience undiagnosed mental and physical issues and remain trapped in a loop of trauma and instability.

North Carolina is facing a youth homelessness crisis.

  • 11,626 individuals were experiencing homelessness in 2024, a 19% increase from the previous year.

  • 25% of foster care youth experience homelessness within 2-4 years of exiting care.

  • 94% of eligible youth in NC do not receive essential transitional support services.
